Return Refund and Exchange

GemUncle.com has transparent & fair return refund and exchange. Customer is entitled for 100% return & can raise request for same within 10 days from date of delivery if below conditions are met.

Conditions To Be Eligible For Refund & Exchange

Customer gets 100% refund if gemstone is proved synthetic / artificial by any approved / reputed gemological institute. GemUncle.com provides 100% Natural gemstones with certificate of authenticity.

• If item delivered is not as per the description mentioned on our website.
• If the item is found damaged or not in good condition on delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our returns & exchange policy. We make sure items are dispatched after proper quality check & good packaging from our end.
• Item(s) must be in original, unused condition and accompanied with original product certificate and copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation etc.
• All requests for return of product have to be placed within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. No requests for returns after ten (10) days from date of delivery will be processed. We don’t entertain return & refund in any other case.

• Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
• Returns for items are subject to inspection and checking by the GemUncle team.
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our returns policy.
• Products should be accompanied with original product certificate and packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
