Method of Wearing 12 Mukhi Rudraksha

The 12 Mukhi Rudraksha should be worn on a Sunday during the Hora of the Sun. First, cleanse the Rudraksha with Gomutra (cow urine), Ganga water, curd, honey, and raw milk. Then, offer sandalwood, Bilva leaves, and red flowers while chanting Lord Shiva’s Panchakshari mantra, "Om Namah Shivaya" 108 times.

After this, show incense sticks and lamps to the Rudraksha, face the north or east direction, chant the mantra, and then wear it around the neck or keep it in a temple.
